The uneducated male at the post office can't find 1st Street. In Brookshire!! That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and yet it is so appropriate for the USPS
The black lady at the front is actually a pig. Did i say lady? I didnt mean lady i meant pig. Ive never had the pleasure of speaking with such an ignorant racist inconsiderate being in my life. She had the worst attitude ive ever had to deal with. Horrible experience take your buisness elsewhere.
I HATE this post office with a passion. They hold your mail I can see on my tracking that my mail can be shipped there I won't get it til 3-4 days later or they'll ship it back on purpose. The front desk ladies are very very very rude they lack customer service big time , you can't even ask them a question with out them looking at you like you're dumb and talking to you like your dumb they are very lazy I asked if they could please check to see if they got my mail and I know they did the lady barley checked I watched her came back and lied to me telling me no while the whole time they sent that mail back the same day after I went asked. I have been through hell and worse with this post office I'm really shocked that this place isn't closed down or fired those rude ladies long ago,speaking of ladies on of them speaks 0 English nor do she understand it . I'm so sick of this post office and how they don't care about nothing just getting paid off people tax dollars. I'm switching to another post office I can't take this place anymore but I just hope something gets done about this place soon the bull crap here is beyond crazy.
One woman there is so rude and inconsiderate shes not even worth talking to and the other doesnt even speak english. Most unpleasent experience ive ever had at a post office thanks to her. Just a very hateful person that i will never deal with again.
if there was a negative star that is what i would be giving them. this is the worst Post Office i have ever dealt with. our mail carrier only delivers our mail if she feels like it. we have had the flag up on our mailbox for 3 days now and she still has not picked it up. if she has to bring a package into our office she drops it at the front door, whether we are open or not Rain or shine. when i go into the post office for business related transactions the lady behind the counter is the rudest women i have ever spoken to and the other lady speaks absolutely NO English what so ever. when you call them the phone is never answered. this post office is totally useless and unacceptable.
