Stayed here several days. Breakfast was seldom attended to. Coffee always running out and remaining out. Ran out of bread various days with no resupplies, even running out of milk. Found a sucker under the sheets. Could never get a complete maid service. Deficient in many ways. Seldom had tings for the bread, bagel, danish box. They put out cinnamon rolls still completely frozen. I cannot recall service this poor anywhere. I reported to corporate and improvements lasted about 4 hours then back to no service again. They are clearly under staffed and untrained.
My stay was awesome. I am on my second night and completely comfortable. Enjoying the HD TV, while reading and thinking about work on Sunday. Also breakfast was great. Wish my stat could be longer.
Every time I go out of town, I usually look for a Holiday Inn due to their great service and clean rooms. This is the dirtiest Holiday Inn I have ever been to. Had to call front office to bring new sheets and soap. They had not even thrown the soap from the previous people. Sheets had hairs and you can tell they just straightened the top cover. Bathroom and room just did not look clean. Unfortunately I was too tired from driving from Dallas, and did not request new room. Just took a shower and went to bed after I changed the sheets. It was about midnight-1am when I arrived.
Housekeeping needs improvement. Trash not cleared. Bed does not even look like it is done. Coffee pods and cups not refilled. Someone at this location really needs to look at the breakfast spread. No breads, only crumbs, no fruits , cold omlett etc etc etc. Am a Platinum member and will never stay at this location. Owner should make a surprise visit and check for himself or stay as an undercover boss for 2 to 3 days to know the actual situation.
Brand new. Rooms were great with a nice bench to sit on and get dressed. Bathroom and shower were good. Love seat tops chair was nice to watch TV. Desk was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Automatic pancake maker was neat.
