Clean and lots of room. Would be 5 stars but 1/3 of the units are out of service
I went on a Friday afternoon around 2 pm and I was there until 7:30 doing my usual laundry because 60% of the machines are out of order. Or maybe they intentionally disabled the lower cost machines to make people use the $3.75 or $6.00 load machines...it's seems very suspicious that such a higher number of machines would be out of order in such a heavy traffic place....I think they are price gouging after Hurricane Harvey...very shameful....and the very loud TV playing Mexican soap operas gave me a headache because I didn't understand the language (I am Asian) and it was very hot in the place, and very nerve wracking and stressful for me to have to be there. I won't ever go back there again and I recommend that you don't either. Very bad experience....
Good people work there. Its clean every time i go there matter what time it is.
Sign says last dry at 730 but apparently they lock doors and close at 7. Very rude.
On my first visit, we used an industrial washer. It started fine, but then stopped. But, I went up to the person at the counter, and she got it started again. Which is awesome since I spent a lot more money than I probably needed to on the industrial size. :) Keep up the great customer service. I'll definitely be coming here again when I need to. I've been to the other washateria in Brookshire, and there is no one there to help you if something should arise.
